Compared to the classic WOW! embossing ink pad, this new version has an improved formula. The longer open time ensures that the ink remains suitable for holding embossing powder for longer. The formula also helps details appear sharper, giving a cleaner and more refined result, even with regular embossing powders.

The shape has also been renewed. The oval pad fits comfortably in the hand and gives more control when applying the ink. The pad is also extra richly filled with ink. There is no need to press hard; a light tapping motion on the stamp is enough. Pressing too firmly may apply too much ink to the stamp, which can make fine details less sharp.

For larger areas or backgrounds, WOW! recommends using a brayer. This helps distribute the ink evenly and makes it easier to work on larger surfaces. The acid-free formula makes the pad suitable for cards, scrapbook layouts and mixed media projects that need to stay beautiful over time.
