Return Policy / Refunds

 

Online orders:

If you find a product that you purchased online to be unsuitable, please contact Cork Art Supplies as problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges.

If however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:-
- Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
- Goods must be returned within fourteen days of receipt.
- Goods must have an accompanying note of reason for return, with the name under which the order was placed indicated.
- Any damaged or mal-functioning items must be highlighted to us within 7 days.
- Any other shortages/errors found regarding your order must also be highlighted to us within 7 days.
- Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.  Except in circumstances where the product(s) were damaged or mal-functioning.

-Items purchased via Click and Collect should also be returned to the store. 

-In the instance that the wrong product has been shipped, please contact us before sending it back and we will send an appropriate shipping label for returns.

-Any funds due should appear on your bank account statement within 5-10 working days. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control.

 

In-Store: Faulty items

-If an item is found to have a manufacturing fault, proof of purchase is required, and a full refund or exchange can be obtained in our store.

 

In-Store: Change of Mind

-We are happy to refund or exchange any item within 28 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in the original packaging/condition with labels attached, along with proof of purchase.

-We will offer an exchange or a credit note if the item is returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

-All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original payment method. If you are not in possession of the credit/ debit card used to make the purchase then an exchange may be offered.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

-Please note Cork Art Supplies does not offer postal exchanges or refunds for non faulty items or items bought instore.

-Gift tokens cannot be refunded.

Christmas Period Returns:

We offer an extended returns period for the Christmas season. Gifts purchased between 1st November and 24th December are eligible for refund or exchange until 15th January, provided they are returned in their original packaging with labels intact and accompanied by the receipt of purchase.
