Powertex Powercotton 75gm

Power Cotton is a 100% cotton fiber product you can't miss. These long strands can be used to make hair for Powertex figurines or to give texture and volume to paintings/sculptures/other Powertex mixed media objects. To use; cut the powercotton to the desired length and carefully rub Powertex into the fibers. Wring out any excess Powertex and apply to your artwork.
