200ml Cobalt Oil Siccative

Cobalt siccative is a drying agent for oil and alkyd colours. The chemical compound acts on the oils surface accelerating the forming of a film. Extreme care must be taken not to use too much, as a guide 1-3% by volume should be dropped into the colour before working in.
