I bought this item along with other copics and overall excellent experience! Even though the copic multi liner was missing a tip, as soon as I emailed the store with the issue they resolved ir right away ! They are replacing the faulty item and had no trouble whatsoever in doing so for me ! Overall , I would buy from this store again !!!!! Excellent service !!!! Recommend it without hesitation!!!!
