Transparent when dry, not white like "normal" primers (looks white in the container but is transparent when dry).
Mixable with acrylic paint to create a colored ground.

Use on paper to create tooth for pastels.

I love this product. I use it when I want to preserve part of my image and then can work on to change surroundings without any fear of losing the original part I want to preserve. It is a magic product.
