Viva Decor Rusty Paper Stamp Paint is used for colouring and stamping papers to give them a rusty look.
The appearance of the paint depends on the method of application - brush, dabber or wipe on.
Drying time - approximately 30 minutes.
Rusty Paper paint can be applied to paper, wood, plastic, styrofoam, glass and metal.
Water based - immediate clean up.
