Use a broad paint brush to apply a thin, even coat of size to the dry surface. Let it dry for 15 to 20 minutes while you clean your brush in water. Once the size is 'finger tacky' slip a sheet of easy metal directly out of the booklet and lay as gently as possible onto the tacky surface. For larger areas allow the sheets to overlap slightly. Don't be afraid of Easy Metal, if a sheet breaks reapply size and fill the gaps.
