A 38mm deep edge canvas. Quality medium grain, 350gm weight, 100% cotton which has been double acrylic primed (highly pigmented titanium dioxide gesso) for superior coverage and performance. Use with oils (including water mixable) acrylic and alkyd colour.

Deep edged canvases are often used for artworks intended for gallery display. The thicker edge gives a modern, polished look, and there's no need for a separate frame; deeper edges can allow artists to paint over the sides, offering more flexibility in the artwork's composition.

It is stapled on the back of the frame and acid free.
