Purely biological, powdery casting mass with a short hardening time for casting from a shape.

Easyform is suitable for quick casting from almost any object such as reliefs, figures, fossils etc. with no problem.
Easyform quick casting mass has a neutral pH value and may thus be used for casting parts of the human body, such as hands and feet.
After the hardening time any ceramic casting mass, casting resin, wax or transparent soap can immediately be poured into the prepared forms.

Instructions:
Fix the object to be copied onto the base of the casting frame or a plastic dish with the aid of double sided adhesive tape. Use separating wax as a suitable separating agent.
Mix 3 parts water and 1 part Easyform (e.g. 300ml water and 100g Easyform) and stir thoroughly with a fork for approx. 1 minute, to obtain a homogenous, fluid casting pulp.
Immediately pour the prepared casting material thinly onto the obejct to be copied. Remove any air bubbles by stroking the mass with a brush with bristles.
Now fill the form completely with the mixed casting mass.
The object to be copied must be completely covered, the layer should be at least 8 to 10mm thick. Easyform becomes hard after approx. 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the completed form from the frame and carefully remove the object copied. Leave the finished form to react for another 20 minutes to allow some of the water contained in the form to evaporate.
The form may then be used for casting.
After hardening immediately remove any casts from the form.
The form should be stored in an airtight bag.
The forms have a limited storage life.
