Who can purchase on-account?


Schools and colleges that have set-up an account with Cork Art Supplies and have completed a credit application may purchase on-account through our website.

To login all you need is the email address and password that was given when setting up the account. If you are unsure of the correct login details please contact our Orders Department on +353 21 4277488 (9am-5.30pm). If you do not have the correct details, you will not be able to place the order on account.

How do I set up an account?

If you are a school or college, just follow these simple steps, it couldn't be easier!

  1. Contact Cork Art Supplies on +353 21 4277488 or accounts@corkartsupplies.com, whereupon we will send out an application form.
  2. Fill out the Credit Application

    Once downloaded, print and post/email completed credit application to: accounts@corkartsupplies.com. Your account will be set up when approved (allow 3-5 business days) and you will be notified via email.

 How to Purchase Items On Account

  1. Login using approved account details to view school prices. 
  2. Select Items for Purchase

    Locate the materials you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. (If you know the catalogue codes, you may also use our QuickAdd feature)

  3. Note the Quantity on Hand

    If ordering items that are out of stock, please be aware that this may hold up your order. If you would like us to send in two shipments, this may be written in the comments section when placing your order. Please note there may be extra shipping fees where applicable.

  4. Do I Need a Purchase Order Number?
    A Purchase Order Number or PO for short is required by an organisation in order to authorize a purchase transaction. If you are unsure if you require a PO, please contact your school/college’s account or admin department.

    *For schools/colleges that require PO numbers please put your PO in the special instructions box on the checkout page.

  5. Confirm Pricing & Place Order
    Before placing your order, you will have the opportunity to review and approve all details of the order, including your pricing, billing and shipping information. If your billing address is incorrect, please contact us as we may need to set up a new account for you. Billing addresses should never be changed on an account, any queries please contact us.
