Tracking Your Order

Orders which have a tracking reference with a prefix of 'CE' have been shipped with An Post and can be tracked by clicking here.

Payment

We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Laser, and Maestro cards. Customers can also choose to pay using Paypal at the checkout. Cork Art Supplies Gift Tokens are also redeemable on this web site. We accept cheques and postal orders to the value of your order. Please contact us regarding this method of payment. 

**Unfortunately we do not accept swipe-only Maestro cards or American Express.

All prices on this site include VAT.

Prices

The prices quoted are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax.

Items marked "web only special" denote prices which are available to webstore orders only - these prices are not available at our retail store.

Order Confirmation

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Goods out of stock

To prevent disappointment and delays in receiving orders, order items that are currently in stock.

If you place an order and the goods are out of stock we will inform you ASAP via email or telephone. Cork Art Supplies stock status is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you with a revised dispatch date. We strive to ensure our stock counts are 100% accurate but errors can occur.

If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out of stock item to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately (this will incur extra shipping charges).
