All orders shipped with An Post Couriers will be delivered during business hours. An Post Couriers require a signature for every parcel delivered, so it is essential that someone is at the shipping address to receive the parcel. If you wish to have your order shipped to an address that is different to your billing address, please set up an additional shipping address when placing your order.

Please allow additional working days for deliveries of large orders and deliveries to remote areas.
We aim to have all orders shipped the same working day, if the order is placed before 1p.m. and provided all items are in stock. However at busy times of the year (Sept. - Dec.) this may not always be possible. Please contact us if you have special requirements regarding delivery. Deliveries cannot be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. The same applies on or after the 20th of December all dispatches fall into the Christmas period and normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
All Weborders may be tracked online using a tracking reference which we will provide you with once your order is shipped.
International Shipping: At the present time we can only ship to the Republic & Northern Ireland. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

At Cork Art Supplies, we believe that businesses can inspire solutions to the environmental crisis. We are firm believers in recycling and reusing, and where possible we try to recycle/reuse boxes and packaging. We would also encourage our customers to further recycle boxes and packaging by either reusing or recycling.
