Here at Cork Art Supplies, we take security of your details very seriously and have taken every precaution to ensure your transaction is secure. All your personal and account details are held on a secure web server, and when you place your order you will be taken onto a secure server - look for the locked padlock symbol in the status bar of your internet browser.

Shipping

All Shipping is calculated automatically based on the weight of your order. The shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process, and you will be shown the order total (plus shipping total) before you place your order.

For all our Irish residents, orders under 500g are now only €2.95 and are shipped with An Post
Any orders weighing between over 500g now cost only €6.00. Any orders over 25kg may be subject to an increased shipping charge.

All orders shipped with An Post Couriers will be delivered during business hours. An Post Couriers require a signature for every parcel delivered, so it is essential that someone is at the shipping address to receive the parcel. If you wish to have your order shipped to an address that is different to your billing address, please set up an additional shipping address when placing your order.

We aim to have all orders shipped the same working day, if the order is placed before 1p.m. and provided all items are in stock. However at busy times of the year (Sept. - Dec.) this may not always be possible. Please contact us if you have special requirements regarding delivery.

All Weborders may be tracked online using a tracking link which we will give you when you place your order.

For U.K. customers, shipping is a flat rate of €6.95 (provided it weighs under 25kg). All orders over €150 qualify for FREE shipping! Delivery dates range from 3-4 working days.

Please note lead times on school orders may vary, please contact us regarding delivery information.

In store pickup of orders from our Webstore is not permitted.

Payment

We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Laser, and Maestro cards. Cork Art Supplies Gift Tokens are redeemable on this web site. We also accept cheques and postal orders to the value of your order. Please contact us regarding this method of payment. We accept One4All vouchers instore, but unfortunately these cannot be used online.

**Unfortunately we do not accept swipe-only Maestro cards or American Express.

Cork Art Supplies takes great care with the descriptions of the products, as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and Cork Art Supplies cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices on this site include VAT.

Prices

The prices quoted are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax.

Items marked "web only special" denote prices which are available to webstore orders only - these prices are not available at our retail store.

Minimum Order Value

Presently the minimum order value is €15.00 inclusive of VAT. If you wish to place an order below this value, you can contact us by telephone or email, however please note that items purchased in this way may be slightly more expensive than the webstore price.

Order Confirmation

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Goods out of stock

To prevent disappointment and delays in receiving orders, order items that are currently in stock.

If you place an order and the goods are out of stock we will inform you ASAP via email or telephone. Cork Art Supplies stock status is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you with a revised dispatch date. We strive to ensure our stock counts are 100% accurate but errors can occur.

Please ensure that you submit your correct email and telephone details on the order form.

If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out of stock item to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately. Either way, we will contact you.

Refunds

If you find a product unsuitable please contact Cork Art Supplies as problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges.

If however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:-
- Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
- Goods must be returned within fourteen days of receipt.
- Goods must have accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.
- Any damaged or mal-functioning items must be highlighted to us within 7 days.
- Any other shortages/errors found regarding your order must also be highlighted to us within 7 days.
- Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable. Except in circumstances where the product(s) were damaged or mal-functioning.

In the instance that the wrong product has been shipped, please contact us before sending it back and we will send an appropriate shipping label for returns.
